It reveals who Jesus is, what He did for us, and how He is still with us even now until the very end! All honor, praise and glory to the Son of God Jesus Christ! The Way the Truth and the Life!
Romans 1:16 "For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile"
The questions are: Do you know if you died today, that you would go to Heaven? Do you know if the Rapture was today, that you would be taken? Are you saved?
KEY POINTS in understanding salvation….
- God is Perfect. (Mark 10:18, Psalm 18:30)
- None of us are perfect. We all fall short. (Romans 3:10, 23)
- God can’t be near unrighteousness. We’re sinners. Therefore, God cannot be near us. (Isaiah 59:2)
- God loves us, and WANTS to be near us. But our sin prevents that. (Habakkak 1:13)
- We deserve to die for our sin. (Romans 6:23, Hebrews 9:22)
- Jesus, God’s Son, lived a life without sin, and didn’t deserve to die. He was perfect, but died in order to pay our price. (John 3:16, 1 Peter 3:18, 2 Corinthians 5:21, Isaiah 53:3-12, 1 Peter 2:21-24, Colossians 1:13)
- Salvation is free to us, we just have to ask for and accept it. (Romans 10:9-10)
- In “Asking Jesus into your heart,” you are accepting His sacrifice for you, and in turn, you are giving your life over to Him and you are able to know God. (Ephesians 2:13, 1 Peter 3:18)
- Following Christ doesn’t stop at the moment of salvation. (1 Corinthians 6:9-11, 1 Corinthians 7:23, Romans 12:1-2, 1 Peter 2:1-25)
GOOD WORKS CANNOT SAVE YOU
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast.” - Ephesians 2:8-9
THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO HEAVEN
“Jesus answered, “I Am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
- John 14:6
"Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” - Acts 4:12
Being saved is not determined by how nice you are, or what good deeds you have done, or if you are a church member or have been baptized….. but it is based on whether you believe in Jesus Christ as your Savior and have received His forgiveness.
“Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation”
- 2 Corinthians 5:18
“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
- John 3:16
“If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.” - Romans 10:9-10
God made it simple to be saved. He loves us so much that He does not want us to die in our sin. So He gave us the free gift of salvation. All you have to do is receive His gift while you still can. If you want to be saved today, all you have to do is trust God and receive Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. Pray this simple prayer OUT LOUD and mean it in your heart:
SINNER'S PRAYER:
Dear God, I know that I'm a sinner and I need a Savior. I want to turn away from my sinful life to the life You have planned for me. Please forgive me for my sins. Cleanse me of my past, make me new. I confess Your Son Jesus Christ, died for me. I believe in my heart that He rose from the dead. At this very moment, I accept Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Thank you Jesus for Your grace that has saved me from my sins... and given me eternal life. Please send Your Holy Spirit to guide me, and to help me do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus name, Amen.
It is not saying the prayer that saves us, but the true belief in Jesus Christ in our hearts that does. The sinner’s prayer is a verbal expression of what has happened in our hearts. It is THAT genuine belief that God sees in us when He promises to forgive us and give us eternal life.
THE HOLY SPIRIT
Those who have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. We can feel Him.... He teaches, He leads, guides, and comforts us. He confirms our adoption to the Father! Listen for His guidance to you in your new walk with the Lord! The next step, if you are able... is to be baptized. Baptism is a public action that declares your decision to follow Christ. It is the outward action of your inward faith commitment to Him. Water baptism is a beautiful picture of what Jesus has done for us. As we go down into the water, it symbolizes our burial with the Lord. When we are raised out of the water, we are symbolically resurrected... raised to a new life in Christ to be with Him forever.
"Peter said to them, "Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." - Acts 2:38
STANDING STRONG - ARMOR OF GOD
Once you are saved, a battle has begun. You are also now a target to the enemy, satan. Be prepared to stand strong. Pray for supernatural protection and put on the full armor of God daily. God has given us all the tools we need to protect oursleves. Use the word of God. We have been given authority over the enemy... satan does not want you to believe that. There is supernatural power in the name of Jesus. Use it!!
“The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous man runs into it and is safe.” - Proverbs 18:10
“Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.” - Luke 10:19

This video is about Spiritual warfare and the Armor of God. Fighting in the supernatural battle begins at salvation. When we belong to Christ, the enemy never has the final word over our lives. We are secure in God's hands, Stand strong! The battle belongs to the Lord, and He has the final victory...
Ephesians 6:10-17 The Armor of God
"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God."
PRAYER FOR ARMOR OF GOD:
Jesus, I pray for the full armor of God, the helmet of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, the shield of faith by which I will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one, the belt of truth and that you would shod my feet with the preparation of the Gospel of peace, and for the sword of the Spirit which is Your word; in Your name, Jesus, Amen.
Be prepared! Pray this each day to protect yourself from any form of spiritual attacks from the enemy.
