I will do it! I will remodel that which has gotten off-base and out of order. I shall line up the figure and put the body in shape! I shall strengthen joints and feeble knees. I shall straighten the backbone and put all segments into line. This is what I am doing in the Body of Christ.
Extra weight needs to be eliminated and the body needs to be toned up, so watch to see what I do to get the body in shape. Watch how I trim off extra pounds and bring new spring and life into its step.
This is the day of renewal. I shall renew that which has become tired and worn out. I shall energize with My protein drink, a drink of life from the river of Truth! I shall revitalize with healing streams in desert lands and present the “new man” before the Father.
I will instruct many. I be the instructor and give instruction! I will bring discipline of routine into the lives of those who are Mine and these shall run and not grow weary and walk and not faint. I shall remove that which hinders, amputate distracting behaviour, and perform reduction surgery on members of the body who are overbearing. I shall cut them down to size and bring them into balance with the rest of the body.
Wait till you see what I have in store for My body in this hour! I am moving to build muscle where muscle has been lost. I will strengthen and recharge the system and present the church fully charged for release into the harvest fields! Eye sight shall improve as she gains back her vision. She shall reflect My beauty and be radiant with My vigor. And I shall clothe her with the latest fashions and set her on display. No longer will her garments be uncomely and fit uncomfortably, but they shall be cut to fit with comfort and beauty.
”But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.” — Isaiah 40:31
”Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one receives the prize? So run that you may obtain it. Every athlete exercises self-control in all things. They do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable.” — 1 Corinthians 9:24-25
”For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age, waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works.” — Titus 2:11-14
”For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it. Therefore lift your drooping hands and strengthen your weak knees, and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be put out of joint but rather be healed.” — Hebrews 12:11-13
